This is the third hammock we have bought from you (this is a birthday present) and we absolutely love your product! I have had quite a lot of illness and have found it really soothing. I am now studying for a degree and have spent most of my sunny days swotting in my hammock!
Anyone who is feeling a bit tense should have a hammock as a de-stressing therapy. A sunny day, swinging in a beautifully coloured hammock and a cool drink by my side, there is almost nothing better.

Just ordered my third hammock from you. The hammocks have become an integral part of my travel kit these days, problem is wherever I go my friends ask me where the hammock came from and I end up giving them away. The other two are swinging between trees in on a Danish farm!! I'd highly recommended a Paradise Hammock to anyone. Great service too.

I've been working as a roady for about 15 years now and for the last 6 of those I have never gotten on to a tour bus with out my trusty paradise hammock! It's the only reason Ive kept my sanity whilst touring stadiums and arenas all over the world. Knowing that my hammock is rigged under the stage to get a bit of shut eye between shows is a life saver!

Delivery & Returns
Delivery in the UK is Free!
We either use a courier service or 1st class Royal Mail. If you want Express Delivery choose the option in our shop checkout. We operate Monday to Friday 10am to 5pm. We offer Royal Mail Next Day delivery service for £10. The next day delivery option is only valid for orders recieved before 10am. If you place your order on a Friday next day delivery is Monday not Saturday. Please understand this is only for orders recieved before 10am.
How long after ordering before I receive my hammock?
All lines are kept in stock, unless indicated on the website at time of ordering. Your order will be processed on the day you placed it. If your order is received before 10am it will be sent out that day. We use First Class Post within the UK, which means you will possibly receive it the following morning , if not then within 2 working days. Delivery to Europe is by the postal service and takes between 3 to 5 days. Delivery to the rest of the world is by postal service and takes approximately 7 days.
We use Royal Mail unless the item you have ordered is particularly bulky, in which case we use a courier service.
If there is nobody to receive the item the delivery service will leave a card and return the parcel to the local depot. Please contact them to re-arrange delivery. If you want it left with a neighbour or any alternative to receiving the item in person please inform us at the time you are placing your order. Please note Royal Mail cannot accept this instruction. Alternatively use your work address to receive a delivery.
The package is insured for its full replacement value.
Delivery outside the UK is not free
For orders outside the UK please use the Flag links on the home page for orders to: Europe; France and Germany.
Europe; all EU countries, Switzerland and Scandinavia We send all orders by Royal Mail small packet airmail. This service takes 3 to 5 days from dispatch. There is a delivery cost calculator in the shop; select item desired and the option to calculate delivery will appear. The goods are insured for their full replacement value. Orders for Europe use the destination countries postal system and usually take 3 to 5 working days. If you want to send your order to anywhere around the world please place your order in the UK shop and enter your chosen delivery address. We will send you a request for payment for the additional shipping charges.
Returns policy
We guarantee your statutory rights to return any purchased item within 7 days of receiving. We will reimburse 95% of the orders value as long as the items are still in a resaleable condition. The 5% withheld is to cover our administration cost plus the commission charged by our bank for the processing of your payment. Please note we will not reimburse the cost of sending your order nor refund the return postage charges unless there has been an error on our part in your order.
