Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to fulfil your order.

We accept credit/debit card payment through secure payment providers Paypal and Nochex. We do not have any card processing facilities in the main office, so it is either an online payment, cheque or cash if you visit in person.

Paypal or Nochex can process Visa, Switch, Delta, Solo and Mastercard.

We deliver your order as quickly as possible. We use either Royal Mail 1st class signed for within the UK or for bulky items like hammock frames a courier service offering 3-4 day delivery.

Orders for Europe use the countries postal system and usually take 3 to 5 working days. For orders through out the world we send everything by airmail to ensure a quick delivery.

Please note if a customer requests to cancel an order and work has been undertaken Paradise Hammocks reserves the right to impose a 5% administration fee for the work already undertaken.
At Paradise Hammocks we specialise in the production of high quality travel and camping hammocks. Amongst the hammocks we offer are cotton hammocks and parachute silk hammocks and a range of functional hammock fixing kits.
Slight imperfections in the handwoven hammocks do not constitute defects and will not be acknowledged as grounds for complaint or reason for redress. We produce our hammocks to the highest standards possible permitted by the constraints of the competitive price offered.
This condition for the production of a hammock is the same whether ordering from a different supplier.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

All of our prices include VAT at 20%. Orders that are received from outside the European Union are exempt from this tax and will be discounted by this amount.

If you are unsure about entering your credit card details you can always send a cheque made payable to, Paradise Hammocks making sure that all required items are clearly listed.

We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 30 day no quibble guarantee. You have seven days cancellation period after you have received the goods providing that they are in a sellable condition,

You will have to pay the postage and any re-stocking charge up to a maximum of 20% of the products value. We will endeavour to keep a re-stocking charge to a minimum and will be at cost only.

We will endeavour to respond to all complaints within 3 working days.
