How long after ordering before I receive my hammock?
All lines are kept in stock, unless indicated on the website at time of ordering. Your order will be processed on the day you placed it. If your order is received before 2pm it will be sent out that day. We use First Class Post within the UK, which means you will possibly receive it the following morning , if not then within 2 working days. Delivery to Europe is by the postal service and takes between 3 to 5 days. Delivery to the rest of the world is by postal service and takes approximately 7 days.
How does the hammock hang?
Locate 2 fixing points; either two trees, two structural brick/masonry walls, or two wooden beams/posts. On the website there is a section on how to hang your hammock, with two files you can download onto your computer; masonry fixing tips and wood fixing tips. Each hammock comes with a small booklet which gives a photographic step-by-step guide to hooking your hammock onto its fixing ropes.
