Postage and Packing Rates for Paradise Hammocks

Our postage rates are calculated by the shop and depend on your location. You will be informed as to how much the shipping cost will be before placing your order.

We deliver your order as quickly as possible. We use Royal Mail and send all parcels 1st class signed for within the UK. If we receive your order before 2pm we will try to give your order sameday dispatch to insure next day delivery. This only applies Monday to Friday; excluding bank holidays.

Inside United Kingdom
For packages up to 0.7 kilos we charge 4.95 for 1st class Royal Mail.
For packages up to 1.3 kilos we charge 5.95 for 1st class Royal Mail;

One hammock (any size) plus a masonry or wood fixing kit;(metal fixings and rope) will weigh within this limit.

The package has to be signed for. If a collection card is left you have only 7 days to collect before the package is returned to sender.

The package is insured for its full replacement value.

Europe; all EU countries, Switzerland and Scandinavia
For a 2 to 3 day delivery from dispatch date:
For packages up to 0.7 kilos the charges vary depending on the exchange rate.
For packages up to 1.3 kilos, (a double hammock plus a masonry fixing kit) the charges vary depending on the exchange rate.

This includes a charge for the service of signed confirmation of delivery.
The goods are insured for their full replacement value.

Orders for Europe use the countries postal system and usually take 3 to 5 working days.

For orders through out the world we send everything by airmail to ensure as  quick a delivery as possible. while keeping the cost as reasonable as possible. To the United States/Canada it takes approximately 7 days for delivery by standard airmail from the UK.

For guranteed next day delievery the minimum postal charge is £7.50 and the order must be received before mid-day the day before delievery is required.

We guarantee your statutory rights to return any purchased item within 7 days of receiving and will reimburse the full cost as long as the items are still in a resaleable condition. Please note we do not reimburse postage charges or refund the return postage charges unless there has been an error in your order.
