Delivery in the UK is Free!

We use Royal Mail unless the item you have ordered is particularly bulky, in which case we use a courier service.

If you want express delivery choose this option in our shop checkout.
We operate Monday to Friday 10am to 5pm.

Express Delivery Option

We offer Next Day delivery service for an additional £10.

We dispatch orders on the same day if your order is confirmed by 10am.
The next day delivery option is only valid for orders received before 10am.
If you place your order on a Friday next day delivery is Monday not Saturday.

If there is nobody to receive the item the delivery service will leave a card and return the parcel to the local depot. Please contact them to re-arrange delivery. If you want it left with a neighbour or any alternative to receiving the item in person please inform us at the time you are placing your order. Please note Royal Mail cannot accept this instruction. Alternatively use your work address to receive a delivery.

The package is insured for its full replacement value.

Delivery outside the UK is not free

For orders outside the UK please use the Flag links on the home page for orders to:  Europe; France and Germany.

Europe; all EU countries, Switzerland and Scandinavia
We send all orders by Royal Mail small packet airmail. This service takes 3 to 5 days from dispatch. There is a delivery cost calculator in the shop; select item desired and the option to calculate delivery will appear.

Orders for Europe use the destination countries postal system and usually take 3 to 5 working days.

If you want to send your order to anywhere around the world please place your order in the UK shop and enter your chosen delivery address. We will send you a request for payment for the additional shipping charges.

Returns policy

We guarantee your statutory rights to return any purchased item within 7 days of receiving.
We will reimburse 95% of the orders value as long as the items are still in a resaleable condition.
The 5% withheld is to cover our administration cost plus the commission charged by our bank for the processing of your payment.

Please note we do not reimburse postage charges or refund the return postage charges unless there has been an error in your order.
