Delivery in the UK is Free!

We either use a courier service or 1st class Royal Mail signed for. If you want express delivery choose the option in our shop checkout. We operate Monday to Friday 10am to 5pm.

Express Delivery Option

We offer Royal Mail Next Day delivery service for £10. The next day delivery option is only valid for orders received before 10am. If you place your order on a Friday next day delivery is Monday not Saturday.

If there are no persons to accept delivery then there will be no deliveries made. If a signature can be obtained then we will deliver the consignment. If there is nobody to receive the item the driver will leave a card and return the parcel to the local depot. Please contact them to re-arrange delivery. If you want it left with a neighbour or in the shed you must leave written permission in an envelope on your front door. Alternatively use your work address to receive a delivery.

The package is insured for its full replacement value.

Europe; all EU countries, Switzerland and Scandinavia
For a 2 to 3 day delivery from dispatch date:
For packages up to 0.7 kilos the charges vary depending on the exchange rate.
For packages up to 1.3 kilos, (a double hammock plus a masonry fixing kit) the charges vary depending on the exchange rate.

This includes a charge for the service of signed confirmation of delivery.
The goods are insured for their full replacement value.

Orders for Europe use the countries postal system and usually take 3 to 5 working days.

For orders through out the world we send everything by airmail to ensure as  quick a delivery as possible. while keeping the cost as reasonable as possible. To the United States/Canada it takes approximately 7 days for delivery by standard airmail from the UK.

For guranteed next day delievery the minimum postal charge is £7.50 and the order must be received before mid-day the day before delievery is required.

We guarantee your statutory rights to return any purchased item within 7 days of receiving.
We will reimburse 95% of the orders value as long as the items are still in a resaleable condition.
The 5% withheld is to cover our administration cost plus the commission charged by our bank for the processing of your payment.

 Please note we do not reimburse postage charges or refund the return postage charges unless there has been an error in your order.
